Brief Answer:
Can be a normal variation or due to decreased fluid intake.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The mild change in the color of urine can be related to decreased intake of fluids and a concentrated urine. This can also be due to the coloration of the tablets or the foods that you have consumed. If there is no pain or burning on urination then there is no need to worry. This is just a normal variation. Increase your fluid intake and see if the color returns back to normal.
I hope this answers your query.

Ketoconazole ointment can help.

Scurf is due to a fungal infection. You can apply ketoconazole ointment on the area and try to keep the skin clean and dry.

Get an ultrasound scan done to confirm.

The pain in the kidney area can be due to a stone. But you need to get an ultrasound scan done to confirm this. Increasing your fluid intake will help.
