Question : I just got blood work back and it says:
"Iron" = 281 ("ALERT")
"Iron saturation" = 76 ("ALERT")
"ALT" = 60 ("HIGH")
"UIBC" = ("89")
What should I do? I have taken iron supplements SINCE this blood work was drawn 5 days ago so I suspect I have even more iron saturation. I notice no symptoms although I have been quite out of breath.

Brief Answer:
Iron exams reports
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking
In my opinion, at the moment you should stop any iron supplements or foods rich in iron like green vegetables, spinach, silverbeet, and broccoli lentils and beans, nuts, and seeds
grains, whole wheat, brown rice, and fortified breakfast cereals etc
I will suggest you repeat the exam after 10 days
Regards
