Question : I just had liposuction and fat transfer (bbl) 2 weeks ago. For the past 2 days I have been having a pulsating tug on the front of my knee that seems to be like a muscle twitch. I’m concerned that this could be DVT. Yesterday my foot seemed kinda numb or tingling. I am having no other symptoms or pain. The twitch is constant and does not resolve with stretching or rest

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a complication of liposuction which may occur in few cases.

DVT is characterized by pain and tenderness over calf muscles.
Pulsations, numbness, and tingling are usually not the symptoms of DVT.
These symptoms suggest nerve compression or nerve irritation.

I'd suggest you consult your surgeon as well as a physician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
