Question : Hi Dr, I just made semen analysis a week ago and here is my result please advise if further investigation is needed :

Abnormal Sperms: 80
Pin Head :4
Pyriform Head: 14
Tapered Head: 9
Neck and Midpiece Defect :12

Increased Liquefaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about semen analysis.

Report looks normal other than increase in liquefaction time. This could be due to underlying semen infection, diabetes, smoking etc.

Give semen for culture and sensitivity test. You can take medicines as per sensitivity report.
Get fasting blood sugar test done to know the diabetes. If you smoke cigarettes, please stop smoking.

but my question is, given the as is result , is it still possible for my wife to get pregnant or I have to fix the liqufectation time first. And i lf i got it fixed , what is percentage of the impact this would make over the current possibility.
