Question : More than a decade ago I ate a live worm from outside. I’m now starting to feel like that was a bad thing to do. I just need to know does that heavily affect my health and body?

Hello,

First of all like to inform you that ingestion of live worm around 10 years back unlikely to affect you. This is because our body goes through constant wear and tears and repairs. In addition at the 14 years of age wear and tear are much less and there construction dominates across various organ systems.

Ingestion of live worm probably resulted in just abnormal feeling as our digestive system helps to digest the most creatures if ingested live.
