Question : I just noticed a large lump in my pelvic area. It’s 2.5” x 2.5”. It’s very red and painful. I have pictures I can send. Any idea on what it could be? I’m very nervous since it came on so quickly.

i forgot to mention that i had surgery on 12/23 to removey my right ovary. The bulge is right next to one of my incisions. ive circled it in one of the pictures so you can see what i mean. the bulge is rock solid and cannot be pushed flat.
i have had very low fevers, like 99.2. im also experiencing severe fatigue and ive had a rapid heart rate. my resting heart rate is about 75, its 115 right now, and its been as high as 156 today.
i cant take ibuprofen so i have tried tylenol but it doesnt seem to be very effective.
i am overweight at 270lbs. ive gained about 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks. i have bipolar and PTSD disorders that are under control. ive had pelvic issues, which you already know.

                                    Brief Answer:
Most probably hernia or abscess.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and photos.
The most probable diagnosis I can think about is one of the following:
Incisional hernia.
Abscess.
And this can be confirmed by an Urgent Ultrasonography which will show the contents of the swelling and thus the most probable cause.
Once the cause is decided then the treatment too will be specific.
Tylenol is a weak anti-inflammatory and painkiller hence should be taken as per the weight and maximum allowable doses. (Please give details about the strength of Tylenol and how many tables, duration)
Please get the blood tests and Ultrasound done and give me the feedback.
