I Just Noticed About 4 To 5 Small Red Bumps

Local reaction/irritation is likely- details below
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service,
I carefully read your query.
Small red bumps that are not tender and are located in the genital area may be of different reasons. A very common one is a local reaction, especially to the pads, if you are using pads recently. The elastic of the underwear may also irritate locally if they are not cotton.
Also, folliculitis (infection of the hair root) or fungal infection are other alternative causes but less likely in your case.
The local reaction is generally treated by avoiding the causative agent (avoid pads and non-cotton underwear) and any possible chemical you are using (soap, cleansers, etc). You may clean locally there only with lukewarm water and avoid cleaning products (even betadine or shampoo).
I would expect them to fade spontaneously in the next 3-4 days. If they are not going away, you may try a steroid cream (betamethasone), a thin layer, twice a day for a few days.
If the lesions increase in size or they get tender, you will need a check with your doctor.
I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
