Question : I just started taking deblitane 4 days ago, last night and tonight I have experienced extreme migraine and neck pain. Should I be concerned enough to go to the ER? I plan to discontinue medication tomorrow and contact my PCP.

Brief Answer:
You can try over the counter available analgesics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Deblitane is a brand name of progestin drug norethisterone. It might rarely cause headache especially on the initial days of usage. However we can not confirm whether it is related to deblitane or not.
As of now you can discontinue drug, and try over the counter available analgesics like diclofenac or aceclofenac for pain relief.
No need to visit ER now. You can viaiti your PCP as a routine consultation.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
