Brief Answer:
It could be due to d&c

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As per your description these symptoms could be due to d&c or due to hormonal changes at your age.
For excessive cramping you can use medication or hot fomentation.
you have to take high protein diet and lots of vegetables and fruits, you can take iron and calcium supplements.
It is normal a little cramping after d&c because post procedure it happens to some people but not too much and for longer period of time.
Get your ultrasound pelvis to rule out other causes of cramping.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
