Question: I keep having mucus in my eye and its irritating. Why does this keep happening?

It can be an early sign of conjunctivitis or allergy.
As of now clean the eyes with clear water three to four times a day. Avoid rubbing of eyes.
You can also try over the counter available olalaptidine eye drops for symptomatic relief,
