No , I don't have any other medical issues .no sugar, no BP etc . I m healthy, fit and fine but suffering from premature ejaculation . Though I get many elections in a day buy not so hard and I discharge in few strokes in less than a minute. Y sperm quality and quantity is good.i used to masturbate a lot in my childhood, young age days. Please suggest good effective and quick treatment.

You can apply xylocaine 2% ointment 10 to 15 mins before sexual activity on to your penis. This can prevent premature ejaculation.
