Brief Answer:
The symptoms are related to Meniere's disease, anemia should be excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to Meniere's disease.

Meniere's disease is an inner ear disease that typically causes dizziness and nausea.

I also recommend doing a complete blood count to rule out anemia.

Meanwhile, I recommend to use Meclizine hydrochloride to treat dizziness and nausea.

I also recommend to avoid too much salt in the diet.

I suggest to limit caffeine, smoking or alcohol.

After the blood test you can consult me again for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

As I mentioned above the symptoms can be related to Meniere's disease.

The fact that you have already done the blood test helps to exclude anemia.

So, I recommend to follow the advice that I give above to relieve the symptoms.

If the symptoms continue I suggest to follow up with an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Feel free to contact me again for further clarification.

Take care dear,

Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
