Brief Answer:
Mood stabilizers are the mainstay of treatment in your case
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I have worked through attached query in detail.
I can certainly understand your concern.
If you have definite diagnosis of a Bipolar disorder, then you can consider two important medications as a part of treatment protocol.
1. Lithium carbonate
2. Sodium valproate
Either of these medications are the mainstay of treatment in your case. They predominantly act by mood stabilizing actions.
Earlier you have been prescribed mostly antidepressants which can even worsen your condition.
Please check with your physician if he/she shares my view and if can prescribe these medications.
Post your further questions if any
Thank you
