Gargle with Benzydamine mouthwash

Hi again

These are most probably lingual tonsils that are inflammed due to the ongoing infection. These bumps will settle down after clearing the infection.

Meanwhile you can gargle with benzydamine mouthwash ad rinse it out with water twice a day. It will help clear the inflammation and infection locally.

Avoid raw foods or other foods that hurt while swallowing.
