Brief Answer:
Self help &needful treatment of infection would help.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX Drew,
Thanks for the query.I have read it &understand your concern.
* You Have fullness under lower right rib, with inconsistent loose motions &also acidity(heart burning) problem
Without any pain, nausea, lack of appetite( so it's less likely to be liver problem....which can cause such heaviness or fullness at the site)..
These Suggest some digestive problem causes like ( faulty eating habits/,Sedentary life style, /constipation, /some intestinal infection like amoebiasis which can cause alternate diarrhea& constipation, /or digestive defeciency. All of these leading to disturbed or slowed digestion &excessive gas production. Gas being light, goes up under ribs&causes fullness.
To improve digestion -
-* I would suggest get your stools checked to exclude infection..&get specific needful treatment to treat infection..&improve digestion .as per need.in consultation of your family physician.
* Self help.-
- Eating spicy,oily food/fast food/overeating need to be avoided.
Eat a nourishing &balanced food with sufficient of vegetables-salads-fruits/ drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
Eat at fixed time..avoid binge eating.
Eating bland food/avoiding tea, coffee, alcohol or fasting would help to to manage your heart burn
-Have regular exercises for 45 minutes daily.
-Have a routine bowel habit.
*Thus clearing of any infection, following good diet & have regular bowel movements alog with regular daily exercises would help you out.
I hope that helps . Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks
