Question: I'm having blisters on my tongue for the last 2 to 3 weeks. There was some loss of taste (only for salty taste) for 10 days or so but now it's slowly improving.

Tongue blisters are usually self healing with time . Avoid spicy hot foods that could aggravate the symptoms .I would recommend a Vitamin B complex tablet for 1 month for healing and compensate any deficiency.
