Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I am sorry to hear that you are in pain.
Pancreatic pain can usually be treated with painkillers.
I suggest to try Codeine 15 mg three times a day.
If you don't have any relieve you may also use Tramadol 25 mg per day.
Both medications can be taken on prescription.
We can not give prescriptions in this platform.
So it is needed to consult your doctor to take it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
