I M Loosing My Hair But After A Small Homoeopathic

Balanced diet important...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nutrients especially protein is important for hair growth. My qualifications are limited toward homeopathy, therefore I am unable to comment on whether or not to continue the same. You may discuss with your treating doctor (homeopathy experts) to know about it.
However I will suggest you to improve on your dietary protein consumption. Include eggs, sprouts, legumes and lentils in your daily diet. If you consume non vegetarian food, twice or thrice a day can boost protein demand. Milk and milk products have good protein content.
In addition to proteins you should also have root vegetables and fruits as they are good source of vitamins and minerals which are healthy to hair growth.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Drink plenty of fluids...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you feel the skin is getting dry in summer, you can use a good moisturizer or apply coconut oil. Drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated. These are the only suggestions I give for some one complaining of dry skin. It would also be worthwhile to check thyroid function tests.
If you have any other skin changes / problems, please specify.

Dyspepsia...
Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the late reply...
Yes, the problem may be related to dyspepsia and 'ENO' might help. However ideal treatment of dyspepsia is by considering a long term treatment plan. And long term treatment includes modifying your diet - being regular with meal, avoiding spicy food, beverages, alcohol, smoking; proper sleep and daily exercise.
If symptoms persist despite these changes, it would be worthwhile to visit a doctor for further evaluation - which includes hemogram, liver function test, ultrasound scan and endoscopy.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Medicated shampoo...
Detailed Answer:
Dandruff is formed by action of certain fungi. Therefore if you seem to have severe dandruff issues, I'd suggest to use medicated shampoo. Nizoral is one such antidandruff medicated shampoo. You should use it atleast twice a week for a minimum 8 weeks to experience the complete benefit.
The shampoo should be used to massage the scalp and just merely rubbing the hair. So follow the instructions carefully.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Oily scalp can contribute...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Excessive sebum / oily secretions can cause oily yellow flakes also known as greasy dandruff. It should respond to nizoral shampoo treatment. If there is intense itching with reddish discoloration, the problem may be related to seborrheic dermatitis.
Both onion shampoo of mama earth and the churan are herbal products. As a physician, I am not the right person to comment on herbal treatments. If you have many doubts with herbal products, you may consider asking an ayurveda specialist.
