                                    Brief Answer:
Need Ultrasound scan of abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have seen the reports attached.
Deranged Bilirubin with normal enzyme levels usually points at structural defects in the liver. To identify the same, there is need for further investigation. I would recommend ultrasound scan of the abdomen which gives good info into the condition causing the high bilirubin.
Please attach the report here.
Sometimes there may be transient increase in the bilirubin without any cause and is not serious. Only serial testing would become necessary.
Vit D is still low, Were you given Vit D supplements, what is the dose and duration you have taken ?
LDL cholesterol is high. It is considered Bad cholesterol diet and exercise alone could bring down the same.

I thought the Ultrasound scan is also added in the Medical report. I am not an expert but could you check page 45 in the report once. If that is not the one, let me know, I will get it done from a clinic and attach the results.
I haven't taken any Vitamin D supplements so far. After seeing the results, I have been spending 45 minutes to 1 hour in Sunlight post 10 am every day. Would this suffice or should I still rely on VItamin D supplements?
I assume the intake of fried food has been too high. I will control and also spend more time on physical activity.
Thank you so much for taking time and going through the reports!
Thanks,
Lentin

Ultrasound needed
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Page 45 shows an ECG which gives an idea about heart health.
Do get an Ultrasound scan of the abdomen. This will provide info on liver health.
YOu will need Vit D supplements. You may have to take
Cap D-rise 60k once in a week for 6 weeks followed by once in a month for 6 months.
Then repeat a Vit D test after 6 months of treatment.
Regards,
