Question : My friend has an heart issue. I need a second opinion for angioplasty or medicines.

Yes the TMT showed ecg changes which requires further evaluation. I want to know whether angiogram was done or not.
It’s Only after angiogram further proceedings can be decided. So please provide me with the information that whether it has been done or not. If some I need to see the report of it.

There are changes in the ecg pattern specially in leads III and AVF and v5 and v6. On TMT These changes generally occur when there is inadequate blood supply to heart muscles. In few patients these changes can be false positive also.
So in order the make a definitive diagnosis the next step is to conduct a coronary angiogram and to directly visualise where there is any significant obstruction inside the heart blood vessels.
