I have gone through the attached report.

Cholesterol levels are high you will need medication like statins. a course of Rosuvastatin 5mg taken once at night after food for 3 months would help to reverse it. Along with medicine, exercise and diet is compulsory.

Urine shows pus cells indicating presence of infection.

I would recommend you to visit a physician who could ask for a ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis to rule out any stones or infection in the kidneys. After detailed examination you will be placed on a course of antibiotics.
