Question: I need help in getting fit and loosing weight. I was on a diet plan for a year and lost 10kgs but have gained it back. Need help

Thanks for query .I understand your concern.
You were on diet plan for last one year,lost some weight while on plan ,but started regaining weight as you left the plan.
This suggests you need to add up something to diet restriction for reduction of weight.
I would suggest following things in this respect.
1.reduction of calories would reduce weight...but it needs caloric exhaustion in addition to caloric restrictions Merely reduced calories would cause reduction of weight by weakened muscles.&when one stops dieting, he would start feeling hungry&weak too...in its turn would stimulate to increase diet in order to gain some strength...thus there would be regaining weight.
2-Reduction of diet in form of carbohydrates &have sufficient proteins, vitamins& minerals (pulses,eggs,milk,pulses,lentils /vegetables,non sweet fruits,saladsetc) would help.
3.Regular exercises for 45 minutes per day under expert guidance ..
Would cause strong muscles&enough of strength.
4.Some endocrinal disorders affecting hormonal imbalance (thyroid,pancreas,pituitary ) can cause obesity.
Checking up hormonal levels of the glands followed by needful cause specific treatment by endocrinologist ...along with diet,exercises would check weight permanently.
