Question : yesturday I was thoughing up and diaria all day.my stomach looks like am pregnant. today my stomach hurts and I fill like i to go the bathroom and nothing. I need help the top of my stomach is what hurts the was a little bloon yesturday and today but i thought ti was from going to the bathroom so much help please

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you are having a gastrointestinal infection possibly a viral infection.
You may need to use loperamid for diarrhea and it can be taken without a prescription in some countries.
Also take probiotics such enterogerina or yovita to re-establish the intestinal flora.
Keep yourself hydrated using more liquids ,water , yoghurt etc.
Don't have much fruits and vegetables or fruit juices.
