Question : i have acne spots in my back, i need something to lighten them and stop them from coming.

It is seborrhea, a type of hyperactivity of sebaceous glands leading to oiliness and redness of skin.
Use the following.
1. Desonide 0.05 % lotion daily in night for 15 days.
2. Ritch lotion daily in night for 3 months. To be stared after initail 15 days of Desonide.
3. Use sebobar soap for taking bath daily.
4. Reduce oily food and other fast food in your diet.
5. Drink plenty of water
