
I Need Please Get A Professional's Opinion On Whether I Can Take Evion 400?

Question: I have recently started working out and skin care. I have seen many doctors on social media recommending evion 400 capsules to help improved skincare, hair and muscle recovery. Can I please get a professional's opinion on whether I can take evion 400? If yes, can you help me with dosage and also when to take it(post meal or morning/evening?

Evion is viramin E which has both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. For supplementary purpose I would recommend evion 200mg and can bectaken anytime of the day. Any supplementary you need to take it with vreaks inbetween such as consumption for 3 month followed by break for 1 month to avoid excess dosage.
