Question : I noticed a small raised area on the arch behind my left tonsil. I have been suffering with bad post nasal drip for about a month. It doesn’t seem to hurt but feels scratchy. I have no other symptoms. Thoughts? I have included a picture

I don’t think the picture upload is working. It is about the size of a pencil tip and about the same color as surrounded tissue. Maybe a little lighter. It is not white or red. Maybe a light pink

The symptoms seem to be related to a swollen lymph node.
It is very normal after an infection.
I recommend to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
It will relieve gradually.
