Question : Hi, I am 34 years old female, yesterday I noticed a very small grain size lump/bump or soft painless pimple type of thing under my ear lobe. Exactly where the starts , its move felt when I turn my neck on one side., and kind of disappeared when I look.other way. I am not sure what it is should I worry or not, I have very bad health anxiety and I am traveling my only so can't physically get it checked but I am freaking out , can you please help
