Question : I noticed on my 17m old gums which looked like a skin tag he was playing and rolling around and noticed blood i opened his mouth and noticed it and blood around it. Bled for about 20-30 seconds i would say. Doesnt seem to hurt or bother him.

It looks like a tooth eruption , If no other symptoms ,this can be ignored .
You could get a dentist opinion incase of any further symptoms
