Question : Hello, I played a game of softball yesterday and today I noticed some soreness in my lower abdomen. I'm not in the best physical shape, so I don't know if it's soreness from running.

Hi
As per your description,soreness could be due to musculoskeletal cause.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, Ultrasound abdomen has to be done to rule out any intra Abdominal problem.
Nothing to worry.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
