I ordered food walking home and I got something out of the white bag silver and cheese I believe I was attempting to throw it in the trash but failed so I continue walking now I knew it was mine I think but he’s my shades on it was dark now I got pricked a bit and I threw it away apparently no bleeding what do u think hiv test

1. I don't see any abnormalities / injuries on the finger; hence I am unable to comment on the weapon. But I don't see anything similar to a needle in the other picture. So it may not be a needle.
2. I don't think you need to perform HIV test.
3. Yes, sauce is known to aggravate hyperacidity / indigestion. Burping is most likely due to indigestion. Drink warm fluids and try antacids, burping should reduce with it. I don't think you need to visit ER for burping; unless it continues to persist for more than a day and despite medications.
