Question : I popped a white head pimple on my penis now I have a painful red rash. What is it and what can I do?

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be pyoderma which is bacterial infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days and apply neosporin ointment or fusidic acid cream on the affected skin twice daily for 7 days.
For pain take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet ibuprofen.
Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor to get them.
