Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about, use distilled water or sterile saline water

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

Nasal irritation and burning sensation can occur after using neti pot . This can occur due to increase salt concentration, temperature of water used, and even some minerals in bottled water(spring water).
The irritation will go away on its own. It is nothing to be worried about.
Next time try reducing the temperature of water little bit. And use distilled water (with added salt) or sterile saline water next time in the neti pot. Both distilled water and sterile saline water are available in cvs, Walgreens etc.

Hope this answers your question
