Brief Answer:
Unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

That is unlikely. I suggest you start with a urinalysis at your own doctor's to determine if you have another UTI.

Also, it is advisable to have a CT-urography scan to rule out urinary tract stones or other pathologies. Concomitant treatment with anticoagulants is another reason for bloody urine. But the shots themselves are not likely to cause UTI and/or blood in your urine.

Hope this helps.
