I Recently Contacted Chlamydia And I Have Only Had Sex

Question: I recently contacted Chlamydia and I have only had sex with one person. He claims that he doesn’t have the std. Is that at all possible? I know that it’s been years since I’ve been with anyone else and me and my current mate have been very active for the past year and a half. I was tested prior to our relationship and it was negative. So I am having a hard time understanding his reasoning.

You should know that chlamydia is an STD and you can take it usually from unprotected sexual intercourse. Probably your partner didn't have symptoms and he didn't know that he had chlamydial infectiin.
