Question : Hello, i recently found a small white/skin colored bump on the underside of my penis, where the foreskin is attached. It doesn't hurt or itch ir anything, it's just there, and touching other areas after touching it to clean it or something didnt spread anything. I did some research and i think it may be something called pearly papules, but i didn't see anything about them being in that specific area. I just want to know if its something i should be concerned about or not.

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It is looking like pearly penile papule.
I can also appreciate few more tiny projections in the vicinity of this area which are penile pearly papules.
There is nothing to worry about as it is looking like a physiological variation.
