Question : I recently had a nuclear stress test that showed RCA ischemia after exercise and possible slight MI. My symptoms are SOB at exertion. Should I be concerned about Pulmonary Hypertension. I went 12.5 minutes on the treadmill.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms are suggestive of myocardial ischemia.

These symptoms are not suggestive of pulmonary artery hypertension.

For this reason, I would recommend performing coronary artery angiography.
