Question : I recently had an 80hscrp which then dropped to 20 3 days later, I am fearing cancer

I read your query and here is my advice.

Having an increased CRP doesn't indicate cancer but it is an indicator of inflammation and infection.
You should not worry about cancer possibility if CRP is increased without other symptoms, facts and indicators.
The fact that PCR is getting back to normal in 3 days means that inflammation us reduced and infection gone.
So as a conclusion CRP test is used to show inflammation and infection not cancer so you should not worry about cancer.
