Question : I recently received and gave a handjob with another man. I don’t know his status. He might’ve gotten his own precum on his hand while masturbating me. If he does have a disease, does that put me at risk? He also came on my hand after I masturbated him. But I washed it off immediately. I don’t have any cuts anywhere. Should I be worried?
Brief Answer:
You should not be worried.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I understand your concern.
The STD diseases usually are transmitted through a close contact such as sexual intercourse.
They can also be transmitted through contact between broken skin and HIV contaminated body fluids.
So, if you don't have any cuts anywhere there is minimal risk of transmission of any STD disease.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Allow me to elaborate. There was no actual semen that touched my urethra. It was pre-semen that might’ve been on his hand when he touched my penis. So it would’ve only you he’d the head of the penis by urethral opening.
Would that be cause for concern since it was pre-semen if the person is infected with an STD?
Does the body fluid need to go inside the urethra to cause concern?
Does having remnants of pre-semen on his hand and touching my penis a way to contract an STD?
Thank you I’m advance.
