Brief Answer:
Recheck BP on different occasions

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

A BP reading of around 122/92 is only slightly out of range. It cannot be diagnosed as a hypertension. And a re-check is also not needed currently. I will suggest that you regularly check the blood pressure maybe monthly and in different positions like sitting and lying down.

Currently any medicines are not needed. You may follow healthy lifestyle. Take less of salt and include more of fruits and veggies in your diet. Also exercise regularly.
