Brief Answer:
You need physiotherapy only

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If there is no leg pain then you will get relief by physiotherapy. You can contact a good physiotherapist and start back muscle strengthening exercises. Avoid weight lifting or bending forward. Do not keep back in same position for long time like driving or sitting in front of computer.
Muscle relaxant tablets are useful in early phase for pain like Myospaz. I hope this answers your query. Let me know if there is any other folllwup questions.
Thanks
