Question : 36 year old 142lb 5’5 female with possible left atrial enlargement. And non specific t wave abnormality worse in anterolateral leads. I was seen in urgent care for a sickened and my heart rate was over 100bpm. They never said anything to me. I saw the report in my chart. Should I be concerned?

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that an ECG is not the best tool to examine the heart structure as it is not really specific for this purpose.

For this reason, I would recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to examine your heart function and structure better and evaluate the heart chambers dimensions. This is a quite accurate test.

This new attachment is quite the same as the first, just the ECG report, but not the ECG images.

I would like to review the EEG images (some lines which indicate the leads of the ECG registration).
