I See A Small Lump Under My Chin With Pain

Question: I see a small lump under my chin. It was there since 5-6 months but in last 2 days it has grown a bit and it's painful to touch. Earlier when I used to press it hard only then it used to pain otherwise not.

Please advise.

I read your query and here is my advice.
It would be better if you upload a picture of the bump.
I can guess it is a swollen lymph node getting painful because of an infection.
You may need to do a total blood count with formula and an ultrasound of it to check it.

I have attached the picture as requested. 1st pic is as of 9th April which was small by today its swollen and the lump has also increased in size.
