Question : I see slight pink urine when my pee stream begins, then clears out. No pain. I'm 65 yrs old. I've had this happen before, but
usually after a strenuous work out. Not this time. I also noticed some blood in my semen. I had a very emotional day yesterday and I internalize, way too much.
Could this be a sign of an ulcer? Prostate?

Brief Answer:
may be related to the prostate

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Blood in the urine is related to the urinary tract which includes the bladder, urethra (tube that passes from the bladder, into the prostate and penis), ureter (tube from kidneys to bladder), kidneys, prostate.
Blood in the semen can be related to the urinary tract or also other areas such as the testes, epididymis etc

Ulcers are not common in the urinary or reproductive tract

It is likely that the blood may be related to the prostate, this can affect both the urine and semen. This can be due to benign (not cancerous enlargement), infection, trauma, non- benign enlargement, prostate cysts (though not common)

Bloods such as PSA and complete blood count would be helpful to determine if it is related to the prostate

Imaging may also be helpful as well

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
