Question : I seem to get heart palpitations here and there and sometimes they are quite frequent. I bought an Apple Watch and recorded some 30 second ECGs. Is it possible to send you copies of a few of these to have you take a look?

Yes I am a 40 year old female. I do not smoke or drink at all. I usually have just one 12 ounce cup of coffee each morning. These have been coming and going for several months now. I can’t seem to figure out what brings them on but maybe they start again a week before my monthly cycle? I’m trying to figure out if the ecg’s look concerning or maybe just hormones. I am fit. 112 pounds. 5’3. No medication or ailments.
Can you look at the attachments and see if there are concerns on them? I noticed they are quite different sometimes when it skips it is up and sometimes it is down. Thank you.

Yes there are ectopics in these ecg tracing but this is not a proper ecg. So I would like to suggest you to get a 24 hrs HOLTER monitoring (ambulatory ecg recording) done.

Also I would like to suggest you to get some blood tests done like
CBC
KFT
Thyroid function test
