Question : I seem to have paples that slide or move on my skin. I started to notice the movement the first heat wave of summer. Some of them seem to sporlate (skin, eggs,?) something very small that either falls on clothing or to the floor. They are not painfull and other than the feeling of stuff falling off me causes fear of the unknown.
No fevers
Ears turn bright red
They dont slide move far, maybe an inch or two is all i have noticed.
Some are new and some are old.
They are skin color, clear or a light pink/red only when new.
Some hardened to scabs that I was able to pick off my ear.
please advise what this could be and if i should be concered.

Looks like folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
I can appreciate few excoriated lesions and some pimples on the face.
According to me, it could be folliculitis of scalp and face which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
I would recommend you to take capsule Doxycycline 100mg once daily at bedtime, use Ketoconazole shampoo for head wash and apply topical antibiotic like Neosporin ointment or Fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 3 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
Dr. Asmeet
