I personally feel ever since she has started taking Cilacar her readings are on the rise unlike before May 2019. Though she has no problem with the BP
Prior to May 2019 you might have observed her BP readings show between 120/80 to 130/80.Kindly advise whether she can revert to Stamlo 5 mg or to continue Cilacar 10 mg.
further can she shift to Glycomet 500 mg sr instead glycomet 500 mg plain as she was taking this since 12 years. Please advise

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pedal edema is a commonly encountered side effect and will again develop if you switch back to amlodipine.
Her bp readings are staying a little high for which you can discuss with your treating doctor about option of Cilacar T instead of plain cilacar.
Why she switched to glycomet when she was taking glycomet SR.
Kind Regards
