Question : I sprayed a container of chicken with lysol multi surface cleaner and then ate a piece. I then realized the container had holes. I drank 1.5 gallons of water and ate some other food. I have a slight headache and my back hurts. Should I go to the ER?

I have gone carefully through your query. Let me assure you that there is no reason to panic. If you were to have symptoms, you would possibly be having them by now. In case you develop abdominal cramps, vomiting or diarrhea, it would be a good idea to visit the ER but as of now you can wait and watch. Possibly nothing will go wrong. Take a Tylenol (acetaminophen) for your headacche and backache.
