Question : I start to cough when I eat tangerine, walnut, or sweet things. I feel that something is dripping from my throat into my air pipes that makes me cough vigorously. When I am sleeping, I feel that there is a liquid driping into my air pipes making me cough.

Post nasal drip...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your description seems like post nasal drip. This is a condition where nasal secretions drips behind to the throat; irritating it leading to cough. It may also cause soreness. Symptoms are worse while lying down.
Though I am unable to explain why the cough to a particular food product, the other symptoms matches post nasal drip. I would consider examining sinus cavity and nasal structures. I went through the list of tests you've had. You've had chest X-ray; but not X-ray of paranasal sinus. I would recommend this test. You can also consider visiting an ENT surgeon for evaluation.
The blood test revealed high blood sugar; but controlled. I will urge you to do better and get the value under 6.5.
In the interim, I suggest to try antihistamine drugs (zyrtec along with tylenol cold and flu tablets) and steam inhalation.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
