                                    Brief Answer:
Lichen nitidus, topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be lichen nitidus which is an immune related condition of the skin.
It is not a sexually transmitted disease.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
This should resolve it.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
