Question : About 3 month ago, I started having numbness in my right upper back (diminished or no feeling when scratch or touch the area). A about a week later the numbness spread to my right arm/hand, and a few days later to my right leg/foot which is been gradually worsening. It has also spread to my lips. Sometimes a have a tingling feeling in the right ear (no pain). My right arm feels very weak at times I have been having spills of dizziness on and off (wavy feeling). I have noticed some erectile dysfunction in the last 2-3 months. I have had on/off chest pain for the last six months (negative cardiac workup). I have also had some tremor in my jaw and and hands for a long a time, but more noticeable lately. Sometimes I feel that my internal body is shaking. I have been increasingly feeling fatigued over the last few weeks with some sporadic pain throughout the body on and off. Blood pressure has been randomly fluctuating between hyper and hypotensive. I have seen a neurologist and he ordered a brain and c-spine MRI which were unremarkable. An internist suggested to rule out autoimmune diseases, All routine blood work has been normal so far. ESR was 27, RF Was 9. ANA (IFA) was 1/160 and ANA (CLIA) was 0.8.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I can see that you are suffering some a nerve involvement.
Your reports for ana ifa are slightly high however the esr which is a marker for inflammation is normal.
In the absence of other symptoms and signs apart from present it is not possible to correlate these to your reports.
I would suggest that you continue treatment for your neuropathic symptoms, an autoimmune etiology seems unlikely.
Regards
